The combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen has not been evaluated for mutagenicity. Oxycodone by itself was destructive within a bacterial reverse mutation assay (Ames), an in vitro chromosome aberration assay with human lymphocytes without having metabolic activation and an in vivo mouse mi
